  • A mutual check for timing, fit, and bandwidth — no pressure, no push.
  • A space to ask anything about how coaching works and what to expect.

It’s not:

  • A sales pitch or performance test.
  • A coaching session you need to prepare for.
  • A commitment to join a program.

You'll leave with a micro-plan or free resource to help until you are ready.
