I’m not a therapist. I’m a coach — more like a strategy partner for your health, relationships, and routines.

I won’t diagnose or dig through your trauma.

But I will help you organize your life in a way that feels sustainable, honest, and rooted in who you are.

  • Navigating relationship dynamics with clarity and intention
  • Supporting consent, boundaries, and communication in sex-positive contexts
