Ensuring Service Stewardship

As outlined in our policies, we are committed to providing clear support and defined procedures, even during times of business transition. This section details the measures we take to protect your experience, your data, and the delivery of our intellectual property across all operational seasons.

In the Event of Planned Transitions

Notification and Handoff Protocols

If Mindful Passions International or any major coaching offerings are scheduled for a transition, pause, or sunset:

  • You will receive at least 30 days' notice via email.
  • Active clients will receive personal transition support where feasible to minimize disruption.
  • Access to client materials (such as course libraries or coaching resources) will remain available for a minimum of 60 days following the notice date.
  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled automatically to prevent future billing without active services.

In the Event of Unplanned Emergencies

Defined Emergency Response Protocols

In the event of an unexpected occurrence (such as illness, incapacitation, or death), defined protocols are in place to secure your interests:

  • A designated Digital Steward has been appointed to manage all necessary communications and client transitions.
  • All sensitive client data is stored securely and will be either archived responsibly or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Prepaid services will be addressed with fair refunds or value transitions, where possible and permissible by law.

Your Data and Materials

Protocols for Data Management

Your privacy and agency are central to our procedures, even in transitions:

  • If no successor organization is designated, all personally identifiable information (PII) will be securely deleted within 90 days.
  • If a successor is appointed, you will be given an explicit opt-in choice before any data transfer is executed.

As a client, you retain the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.
